Yes, you can! The onsite box office is open 1-hour prior to show time. We do however, recommend purchasing your tickets online for the best discount prices.
Please note the family pass and pre-sale special tickets are NOT sold at the door.

Ages 3 – 12.
Under-2’s are free and do not need a ticket. Those 13 and up must have an Adult ticket to enter.

If you are unable to print your tickets, you are able to present them on a smartphone at the door. We recommend you DO NOT print your tickets!

The show will go on! We perform under indoors.
The show always goes on unless there is a specific danger to the public in attendance or to our cast.
We will post information about cancelled or postponed performances to our website and our social media pages.

Identify yourself to our box office personnel and they will happily assist you to an appropriate seating area. If you will need special seating, please come early if possible (30-45 minutes prior to showtime).

The ‘Kids Fun Zone’ is a collection of activities before the show and at intermission such as face painting, bounce houses and fun photos. These activities, each, have an extra cost and are not included as part of your ticket. Activities subject to change by province or town.

Free Kids Tickets are distributed throughout your community to Fast Food Restaurants, Convenience Stores and other retailer businesses. These must be presented at the door at the time of entry. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Free Kids Tickets are good for general admission seating.
Purchase Adult tickets online and redeem the Free Kids Ticket at the door with your paid adult ticket. To take advantage of the Free Kids Ticket offer, you must have the physical Free Kids Ticket in-hand at the time of entry to the Circus.

The prices advertised by Canada’s Circus Spectacular represent the exact amount the company charges. Anything above the advertised price goes to a third party provider.

Tickets are not refundable, except under a few circumstances.
In the event of a canceled performance, customers may request an refund for the price of the ticket; otherwise tickets are non-refundable.
In the event of postponed or re-scheduled performances, tickets are transferable to a showtime of your choosing; free of charge.
Service fees, internet convenience fees, or any other charges incurred during the ticket purchase process are considered final at the time of transaction and cannot be refunded for any reason.
